Meet Our Leadership Team
Chief Executive Officer
Alisa received her BS and MS degrees from Purdue University from the schools of pharmacy and engineering, respectively. She has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including roles in product development, clinical and commercial manufacturing, new product launches, supply chain management, regulatory affairs, quality assurance and strategic planning. Her past employment includes work at Eli Lilly, NNC, Cook and Baxter and performing contract services for more than 400 life sciences firms. Her industry and community interests include ISPE, PDA, AAPS, BioCrossroads, Purdue’s School of Pharmacy, IU’s School of Informatics and Kelly School of Business, Chamber of Commerce, United Way, American Heart Association, Indiana’s STEM Education Resource Network and Project Lead the Way’s Biomedical Program. She is an entrepreneur and founder of BioConvergence.
Associate Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Adara received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Microbiology in 2011. She has over 10 years of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience, primarily in aseptic manufacturing. Her past employment includes BioLife Plasma Services and Baxter BioPharma. She has 8 years of Quality Assurance experience, including 8 years within in a leadership role. Adara currently serves as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, encompassing Document Control, Supplier Management, Batch Release, Operations Oversight, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Auditing. Adara received her ASQ certification for Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) and Pharma and Biopharma Outsourcing Association (PBOA).
Associate Director of Business Development and Client Services
Alyssa received her BS in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University. She has over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including roles in quality control, project management, and business development. She is currently the Associate Director of Business Development & Client Services at Singota providing oversight for the project management, business development, contract management, and marketing business functions and personnel. Alyssa also holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Director of Quality Control and Development
Ken received his BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries including roles in product development, cGMP analytical testing, laboratory management, new product launches, R&D, equipment validation, ICH stability programs, microbiology, and strategic planning. Ken is the Director of Quality Control and Development, which encompasses the QC Chemistry, QC Microbiology, and the Formulation Development teams. In addition to his more than eight years at Singota, his past employment includes work at Microfluidics Corp. (a division of IDEX), Network Biosystems, and performing laboratory-based consulting services. He is affiliated with American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, and the International Society for Lyophilization and Freeze Drying.
