One example is a new service launched by FedEx which services exports to major markets in Asia from its national hub in Indianapolis, IN. The Indianapolis hub is located only ninety minutes from Singota Solutions’ Bloomington, IN location. The newly added FedEx flights will offer service Tuesday through Thursday out of Indianapolis connecting to Anchorage, Alaska to serve China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. FedEx has also announced the opening of a new hub in its global network. The FedEx Shanghai International Express and Cargo Hub, located at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, has a cold chain center specific to healthcare with temperature-controlled storage ranging from -22°C to 25°C. This new hub will provide reliable access to International markets for Singota’s Asia Pacific clients, especially those that ship to the United States and Europe.
Singota offers cold chain services to clients in both upfront design and execution phases including a range of storage conditions in its cGMP-compliant warehouse with validated thermal monitoring systems, procedures for proper shipper pack-out, in-transit temperature recording, time out of refrigeration (TOR) monitoring, and arrangement of domestic and worldwide material distribution under controlled temperature conditions.
